Fenty Beauty by Rihanna launched Fenty Icon Refillable Lipstick on February 4th, 2022—and followed up two weeks later by introducing a chic refillable case in matte black.

The eco-friendly, sustainable refillable lipstick packages look beautiful. Icon Lipstick debuted its refillable case in glamorous rose gold. We suspect it was designed to feel like something makeup lovers will want to keep—and show off.

“It’s unlike anything we’ve seen before,” Allure reported. The sleek case’s design isn’t completely intuitive at first, however, according to Taylore Glynn, beauty and wellness editor, Allure. “I ended up smushing one of the bullets,” she said, but said she still loved the lipstick.

Fenty Icon Refillable Lipstick comes in a range of bold reds and classic nude hues. The soft matte formula is infused with hyaluronic acid and vitamins C & E for comfortable long-lasting wear.

How to Refill Fenty Icon Lipstick

1. Attach the base to the lipstick.
2. Insert the lipstick bullet-first into the open end of the case—but first, make sure the bullet is twisted all the way down. 
3. Press until it clicks—then you know it is secure.
